Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

All orders are shipped with tracking. The customer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and ensuring that the delivery location is secure and accessible.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

We shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
