Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

You then have an additional 14 days to return the item.


Return Conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

You may inspect the item as you would in a physical store. If the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the item, a partial refund may be applied.

Returns sent back without prior contact may be refused.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital downloads — by purchasing, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal upon download.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and include clear photos of:

  • The outer packaging
  • The shipping label
  • The item

Failure to provide sufficient documentation may delay or affect the resolution of your claim.

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Vinyl Shipping Disclaimer
Due to the nature of vinyl records and international shipping, minor cosmetic wear (e.g. corner dings or seam splits) that does not affect playability may occur.

We carefully pack all orders to minimize risk.
Claims relating to cosmetic damage must include photo documentation of packaging and item condition upon arrival.


Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.


Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item or proof of return shipment.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or you have supplied proof of return shipment.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.


Important Notice Regarding Disputes
We are committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly.

Before opening a payment dispute or chargeback, please contact us directly at info@codeelektro.com so we can resolve the issue.

Opening a chargeback without prior contact may delay resolution, as the case must then be handled through the payment provider.
