📦 Shipping Policy – Code Elektro
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped from Denmark.
Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment is received.
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and order weight, and are displayed at checkout before payment.
🚚 Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times:
- Denmark: 1–3 business days
- EU: 3–7 business days
- International: 5–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier, and customs processing.
📦 Packaging
All vinyl records are carefully packed in sturdy LP mailers to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
Due to the nature of vinyl records, minor cosmetic wear (e.g. corner dings or seam splits) that does not affect playability may occasionally occur during shipping.
🔍 Tracking
All orders include tracking.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Orders are shipped without additional insurance. This does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer law.
🚛 Carriers
We use trusted shipping carriers such as PostNord, GLS, and DHL, depending on destination and service availability.
🌍 International Shipping
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to:
- Import taxes
- Customs duties
- Local handling fees
These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Delays caused by customs or postal services are beyond our control.
📍 Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping costs.

📦 Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is delayed, please contact us.
A shipment is considered lost only after:
- EU: 14 days after the expected delivery date
- International: 30 days after the expected delivery date
📬 Delivered but Not Received
If tracking confirms that an order has been delivered, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.
If you cannot locate your package, please contact your local carrier.
⚖️ Risk of Loss
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods.
